new desktop recommendation

Hi, my asus laptop seems to died.
Once i powered it on, it will turn off within 1-2 secs. I had this before and was able to use the discharge method to solve it, ie take out power and battery and hold power button before turning it on again. This is the 2nd time it happened. I think chance of it being repaired is very slim.
So here, I need some recommendation for new desktop.
What i have now is my own monitor, a ssd, a blue ray drive which I think I can use in desktop by buying an adapter, keyboard mouse and my own windows 7 pro/windows 8 pro
My budget is around 1200-1500.
My usage is mainly internet surfing and some gaming, maybe gta5?. Best if it can support 2 monitors.
Will want at least 3 USB 3.0 ports, bluetooth,Last time I heard 960 or 970 is very good and 980 is an overkill.

Notes:

1) This rig is capable of playing most games at max settings in 1080p.

2) The GTX 970 is capable of supporting a triple monitor setup right out of the box.

3) The H97 PC Mate comes with 2X USB 3.0 ports and the Corsair 200R comes with another 2X USB 3.0 ports at the front panel.

4) There is such a thing as a USB Bluetooth adapter, but I am not very sure where in SLS/SLT is this being sold at. May want to search SLS yourself for a bluetooth adapter or order one online.

5) Your Blu-Ray drive, is it one of those USB types? The H97 PC Mate has another 4X USB 2.0 ports for other devices.

6) The Superflower HX 600 is a very popular product and stocks of the HX 600 may be hard to come by. If unable to obtain the HX 600, consider the Seasonic S12G 550W non-modular PSU for $105 instead.

7) Got Mastercard? Consider buying the GPU and casing from Lazada.com on a Monday and get 10% discounts when you pay with a Mastercard. Do note that discounts are capped at $25 per transaction and it is best that you buy these items seperately.

There is a probability that your connection is loose. Try resit your ram or any pci/pci-e card, disconnect and connect all wires.
