Wah, even dynaudio now also made in china liao.
Wah, even dynaudio now also made in china liao.
Dynaudio has been making most of their models there for a few years, especially the low end ones..
still got people buy Dynaudio ah ?
they should just sell drivers lah
other brands make far better speakers with their drivers
After they bought over by chinese company, they no longer the same..... ITs like no more soul already. ITs more like just another factory churning out speakers. Very sad.......KEF own by HK coy but at least they are doing much better.
even last time when Dynaudio was independent also their speakers are no big deal like Sonus Faber
sound is slow and fat and with rolled off treble
i remember they had the Special 25 bookshelf speakers for $6K+ = not impressive at all
KEF also sama sama lah = a lot of marketing and advertising to get good reviews
Dynaudio's are very difficult to drive.... They have low sensitivty and 4ohms. Mainstream amps that are rated below 100W can't drive it properly. Of course, different pple different preference as well. Not everyone likes it. There is not universal speaker that everyone likes... regardless of brand/model, there will be pple who likes and others who hates it....
bro, thanks for answering my thread about the USB-SATA adapter !![]()
If looking for new speakers, can try polk reserve r200. One of the best sounding for the money out of the box imho. No need EQ. But must toe in, off axis no more than 15deg. I power with my smsl sa300 or loxjie a30 no issue I think.
Mine is brown colour. They have black or white also. Very nice innovative design features. But shape is tall and deep. May need special space considerations.Whooo nice...!! Me feel like getting osmething new to play with.

Oic haha. Why u don't buy DIY speaker? Can combine all the best drivers. Think the purifi woofer is very popular among DIY speaker builders. Looks very interesting.Oh, its the inductor coil for the woofer cone. Right one is the stock coil. Left is the one i bought.
