New gaming rig

I'd like to build a new gaming rig. Looking to play D3/BF4/WOW on medium-high settings.

No need OS/Monitor, budget around $1.1k.

Currently looking at:

Mobo/Processor-Msi H87 g43 + I5-4440 - 340
RAM-Crucial 8gb ddr3 - 89
HDD-Seagate 1TB - 78
SSD-Plextor m5s 128gb - 128
GPU+PSU - MSI R9 270x+FSP Raider 450W - 318 (Tradepac bundle)
Case-Fractal design arc midi - 129
ODD-Samsung oem drive - 21
Total - $1103

2 questions:

1. Will the FSP Raider 450W be able to power my system/the MSI R9 270x?
2. Are there better configurations for me?
