Update:
Bought my case (Corsair 400c) and
GPU (Zotac GTX 1070 Mini) already.
Btw if i do decide to go with a non wifi Mobo + a PCI wifi card, how do I choose a mobo that has space to put both the wifi card and my GPU?
Also, is there anything i should look out for if i want to add more storage to my com in the future? like which Mobo would be good? (SSD might be sata or m.2)
Boards I have in mind
W/o on board wifi
MSI B150 GAMING M3
MSI B150A GAMING PRO
ASUS B150 PRO GAMING AURA (the lights are kinda cool lol)
W on board wifi
ASUS B150I PRO GAMING/WIFI/AURA
GIGABYTE GA-H170N-WIFI
ASUS Z170A TOMAHAWK (the only standard size wifi mobo i can find)
Thanks!

Hi guys
Looking to make a new rig to upgrade my 5+ YO gaming rig
Budget: 1.5k
Do not need: Mouse, KB, Monitor
Build:
CPU
I5- 6500
CPU Cooler
Need Recommendation
Motherboard
Need Recommendation (Need to have onboard WI-FI)
Ram
Need Recommendation (Preferably 16GB)
Storage
See Below (Already have a 256GB Samsung 840 EVO & 1TB forgot what
brand HDD)
GPU
Need Recommendation (Was thinking of a 1070)
Case
Corsair 400C/Q
Power Supply
Need Recommendation
Optical Drive
Don't intend to put one in
Operating System
Windows 10 ( I understand that one can purchase the key from reddit as it's cheaper there)
The HDD and SSD are coming from my old computer, however I read that there are new SSDs, the current SSD uses SATA, and the newer ones use M.2 or PCIE, are those worth the upgrade?
Also, I intend to sell away my current rig.
However, my current desktop seems to randomly have this weird sound where it sounds like something got jammed, like a fan stopped spinning and when it does, the computer just freezes for a split second.
It happens totally out of the blue so its quite hard to troubleshoot/ pinpoint what causes it to happen, any ideas?
Thanks!
Edit: Will be upgrading my Monitor to a 1080p 144Hz monitor in the future
