New Help - Computer having problem

Hi guys,

Currently using my com as safe mode. I notice that my computer couldn't operate normally (it get stuck @ the window mode)

May I know is there any way I can make it work as per normal?

I recently just install Tom Clancy's Division and after playing a few days - it's just went black and when I try to turn on, it's just get struck.

Any suggestion for solve this will be greatly appreciate - I have tried uninstalled the games but still it doesn't operate normally..

Need advice on this - my PC has been with me for 2yrs and it work still great for me.

can u tell us whats your system specs?

and next can u go to control panel -> admin tools -> event viewer, and see if there is any error on it and screenshot the error over here.

Well can u click '+' beside the custom view and click on admin something and check the time and fate for it.

BTW are onboard GPU ATM?

Sorry may I know what's GPU ATM? I not sure on these things - but I have my own graphic card install which is HIS graphic card.

I was thinking whether does reformat the pc help to clear this issue?
Or is it the hardware that's costing it?

Well that recent problem is because you're in the safe mode. Try looking for that day when u playing your game and it black out.

Next onboard GPU means that your motherboard have a graphic output like HDMI, DVI and VGA, but its the CPU that has a GPu iin it that display things using the mono display (but u fun need to know that much on this at the moment) which is this ATM : At Thr Moment.

okay after checking this softOSD.exe (even though i google its origins but not what it does), can u try looking for this software in your task manager and your programs and features in control panel. if have uninstalled it and see if it works.

if cant uninstall try disable it.

Thanks, i try to uninstalled the named software but it still not working. I intend to format just the C drive first. Or do you want to have a look first of my com before i start reformat?

Backup your read and write files and reformat. Too time consuming to troubleshoot one thing at a time. Your specs look fine to me as I have a friend with similar specs and still running fine.

Thanks, I guess I will give a final try and if it's still doesn't fix. Will reformat and hopefully all will be back to normal. Finger crossed.

I am not good in these but can i confirmed that if i remove it - do i need to install any software when I input it again?

I also thinking whether it's my graphic giving me problem as there's some flicking when booting up my PC.

My understanding is that somehow in safe mode, graphic card might not boot at all - as the MB that I have had built-in graphic card as well.

Woooo!! Finally today got time to fix the computer.
It's work! Thanks for the mention to remove the graphic card.

My computer is working completely fine now, may I know what's the next step I need to do guys?

1. Get a new graphic card within the my current MB allow? (ASUS P8Z77-V LK MB LGA1155)
2. Or keep using the built-in graphic card will do? (I doubt going this as I believe the inbuilt is not up to standard to do my work and gaming.
3. Try to fix back the graphic and if possible - try to download the new driver?

P.S: I also notice that my DVD-rom is working normally as well. Does graphic card also affect the hardware as well?

Appreciate anyone can advice me on this. It's almost! Glad that the com come back.
