Been a long time since I last built a computer and now abit hand itchy, feel like building a HTPC.
Uses: Plug to main Living room 55" UHD tv. Stream video via Nas / internet. Acestream. Internet Surfing.

Budget: Preferably as low as possible. $600-800?

Need OS.

Able to help quote both ITX and MATX? Undecided on which size at the moment.

Which chipset you recommend? Too rusty with the chips liao so not too sure which one can stream my acestream smoothly...

I currently got a small one running on celeron which some say is a disguised atom
