New iMac entry level

Saw from apple site now got new entry level desktop @ $1400. Price is very tempting but downfall is the specs. Can any spec guru tell me if its any SIGNIFICANT difference from the next in line iMac 21.5i?

If i buy i defo spec out to Fusion Drive...

The spec is at least 40% slower than the next model (link). Get a refurbished iMac instead.
