Can i say some nonsense ? TS and all other members can just add me to your ignore list.

When i saw your subject title i thot u had 50 mill in cash, expanded most conventional securities like equities and currencies and r currently considering expanding your trading operations into commodities presence into regional areas.

But i almost flip when u came in to ask where to get quotes and website to see. :s13::s13: what a joke for Friday, anyway thanks.

I wonder what TS actual trading experience is, because that is actually relevant to the products to recommend in to trade.

If TS is an experienced equities trader, then he is wanting to try to trade the actual contracts?

If beginner, just use ETF.

Anyway, a lot of day trading is zero sum game, if other traders make money, they need others to lose money.

Some people will tell you to open CFD account, but the real way to trade commodities is the Futures market.

The main Futures exchange is CME Group.

However, like every exchange, you need to open a trading account with a brokerage firm.

You can try TD Ameritrade, which has an office in Singapore.

Personally, I use TradeStation.

You can forget about local Futures Exchange. Too expensive and too little volume.

IG is a CFD provider.

If you are serious about trading and investing, you don't want to use CFD.

The main problem with CFD is a conflict of interest. In order for CFD providers to make money, they need their clients to enter and exit trades as much as possible.

This result in CFD providers increases their spread without warning to force unwanted trades, causing their clients to take unnecessary trades and losses. This is an unfair system to their clients.

Please don't use CFD.

u want to trade for the sake of trading and u dont even know what and how to trade.

The word "commodities trading" entails so many things. Look at the replies and u realise the more replies the more messy your answer will be. Most ppl are very good in a small n specific area within the commodities market. It can be futures, can be options, can be spot, can be hedge can be physical, can be etc.

I think u need to read more b4 u visit this topic.

Just curious. Are you profitable with your stocks trading?

If yes, then you have a chance to make money in commodities.

If no, there is a big chance that you will continue to lose money with commodities.
