When will the new 3 station system be implemented? Is it from 1 SEPT or next year APR?


Also, all the FCC 2.4km will be done on a running track?


EDIT:I just called to ask. Only the new IPPT/RT window scheme and incentive increase will be implemented from 1 SEPT. The 3 station is only after APR 2015

Maybe mixed message. Cos there is an announcement that says selected units will be guinea pigs starting Sep 1, while NS.sg explicitly say you can take new IPPT standard after Sep 1.

Guess we'll know for sure after Sep 1. For now, I don't even know how they plan to test push up. How low must you go? Who count? Machine or PTI or like last time other people count for you?
