New keyboard "m" and "q" key problems.

Got a new gaming keyboard but noticed sometimes the m and q keys don't work...still not sure if there are others..so far only notice 2 of these keys.

I can make the trip to banleong cause is logitech keyboard but it happens occasionally...like now it works I won't be bother to type so long

Some how I notice if I don't type for awhile, then it won't work then I got to spam it for like 5s at least then it works...

Is this keyboard problem, driver problem or just some other problems?


Not sure if I can replicate the problem if I take it to rma...do they need me to demonstrate that the keys are not working?

Intermittent problems are always difficult to diagnose, why don't use another working keyboard to confirm ?.....

I connect this keyboard to my laptop and laptop keyboard working well.

I will connect it to my out side keyboard tomorrow.
