New Microsoft Outlook released

Office 365 subscribers can access the new Outlook for Mac through their account pages, while subscribers who already have Outlook for Mac 2011 suite installed on their machines should follow these instructions for moving to the new Outlook for Mac.

although the UI now looks much closer to that of Office 2013.
just to note that the rest of the office suite for mac will be out in second half of 2015.

is your sch using office 365? regardless of that, you should be able to use it.

by the way, does anyone here encounter a bug with the activation? even after activating, whenever i quit outlook, there is a chance that the next time i open it, the activation is gone and i am required to activate again. and after activating, i need to restart the app for my email to sync. this is very annoying.

hasn't encounter this for the windows version. but it is certainly very irritating.

i tihnk the school did not enable the download of it. only saw lync..
