Looking to build a new PC.

Use: web browsing, video watching, once a year video editing, games like PUBG, NBA2K18, DOTA2

will be reusing monitor, keyboard, mouse, 500 gb 2.5inch SSD and 3 internal Hdd

Budget is 1.5k including OS.

What is a good spec for my situation?

Erm ok. I did say I am reusing some parts but sure, I will take your suggestion into consideration.

If i was not using anything, i would have definitely taken that option. However since some parts are reused and i cannot really spec lower than what they offer, was hoping to get some input.
