New PC Recommendation

I plan to upgrade my current 5 years old PC. I think my current PC cannot survive till the release of Ryzen 3rd Gen.

My usage is mainly normal surfing, light-medium online gaming (no specific game now) and light video editing. I am looking for a quiet and compact mATX build since mITX is out of my budget. I do not intend to overclock.

If you want absolute best price, then you need to source everything from oversea and use whatever codes you can find.

While it is true it is hard to rma, it doesn't means you can't. It is just hard or troublesome. You have to register your warranty online, I believe many do that so it isn't a big thing. Everytime you need to RMA, you need to fill up RMA forms and from there read the instructions on how to RMA. Naturally, you need to send in as registered mail to keep track of your package. Pretty troublesome. Also, some brands T&C don't allow warranty to be transferred thus your item will not have resalable warranty value.
