Hi guys.

There is a new PDPA law whereby any organisations can't keep identification numbers.

I occasionally rent out my vehicles to friends and let them sign an agreement, which obviously needs the IC.

How do I get around this law, protecting myself and the other party, without taking thier IC numbers?

This is wrong information

Nobody is allowed to collect anyone's IC unless in the specified list of exempted industries.
