Hi guys ! I'm helping a friend to build a new rig. Budget is $800

Need recommendations on parts.

-No need monitor/keyboard/mouse/speaker
-Need Windows
-Mainly for CS:GO and surfing net / watch videos. Maybe dota also.
-Not overclocking.

Basically, need a whole set of cpu (maybe can have ssd for OS if budget allows)

Any constructive feedback is appreciated !
