New rig advice

hi ppl, been a long while since I've dabbled with DIY pc.

I'm looking to fix up a PC to do internet surfing and some office work mostly. Not into gaming.

my budget is abt $450 (too low?). don't require a monitor,speakers, DVD drive or kb/mouse.

would appreciate any advice on the hardware I can get.

4GB RAM = $40
Toshiba 1TB = $62
FSP 300w + Deepcool Smarter Case = $62 (PC THEMES)
Windows 8 Home Premium 64 bit OEM = $135

Total = $467
Everything from Tradepac except the PSU and Case. Can try asking tradepac if they can provide that psu and case.
