Hi guys thanks to the help for some expert here. I've come to a conclusion just to double check it and I will go ahead and purchase them.

Palit GeForce GTX 960 JetStream 2GB DDR5 PCI-E Graphics Card
Transcend 512GB SSD370S SATA III 6Gb/s Premium SSD x2
MSI B150A Gaming Pro + I5 6500 / I5 6600 (worth to get the high end one?)
Corsair Carbide 600C Case
Corsair RM650x 80+ Gold Full Modular
Avexir Blitz Series 2x8GB DDR4 CL15 RED LED

I've cpu cooler with me and OS so is the above alright? It's like 200 above my budget already.

He going for red and black mah as seen in his previous thread few days back...

But yes some parts changed are really too pricey, like the PSU and the extra SSD :)s11:).

why 2x SSD? going for raid?
for that price maybe you can consider a Samsung pro m.2 (512GB at around $440+) instead, cheaper and faster than 2x 512GB SSD but your board dont have m.2 slot.....maybe can consider another board?
i5 6500 shld be good enough but still need to know what you will be using it for before expert here can recommend you.

If you prefer the red CPU socket lines and their DRAGON heatsink design better.

Haha I also dont know. People tell me ssd is faster so I think the 2nd harddrive to get a ssd instead of a HDD. But I dont know the diff. I dont know how to over clock so I dont think I'm clocking it. Just very new to rig just want it to be lagless while playing.

SSD is intend to store your OS, games and programs installations where they will benefit from much faster booting/loading with high speed, low access times on SSD. HDD with its much larger capacity and lower speed and price is then intended to store all your photos, videos, music, documents where they hardly can benefit from higher speed SSD.
