New rig help!!

Hi experts

I have decided to get a new PC after mine die on me 2 years ago

Just wondering if you can guys can advise me on this list of rig

Budget at 1.8k

Asus Strix H270 Gaming with i5-7500 (3.4Ghz) -
Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500G -
Cosair Vengence 8Gb 2400MHz -
Galax 1060 white 6gb
Fractal Design R5 -
Seasonic M12II 620W EVO

Its recommended by a friend, but gpu supposed to be asus 1060 3gb and its out of the stock at the shop i went to. So the person recommended me galax instead

So in short any changes or recommendations?
I am a computer and hardware idiot
Just looking for a mid tier gaming rig to feed my gaming needs.

You might want to get Intel 8 series instead of 7 series, better value for money especially with the budget MBs expected to be out in mid-April.

price already come out. not exactly budget

i5-7500 only 4 cores
i5-8600 6 cores

i5-8600 6 cores is almost = i7-7700
