Bulit a new PC recently but having microstutter in EVERY game.

Specs:
vii hero + 4790k
2x 970 SLi
16gb ram
I have 3 display:
- 1440p
- 1080p
- 4k tv
I only game on the 1440p, the other 2 displays can be turned off but still connected and the stutter is still there?? wtf..
So far I have tried :
- Disable SLi
- Rollback to older drivers
- Disable onboard graphics
The only way I have found to stop the stutter is to connect only 2 displays. It can be a mix and match of any monitor + TV or 2 monitors.
The moment I connect the 3rd display, the stutter will occur
1 more thing to add, the stutter occurs constantly EVERY second if anyone know whats causing it...
Any help will be much appreciated
