New Rig, need help.

Hi guys, I am planning to build a new rig for normal usage and maybe for a bit of gaming like dota 2 and fifa. Budget is around 1k.

I am very new to this but would like to try to learn to build one myself, so hope to get some help and recommendations to improve from here.

The current build in my mind is:
Case: Shakoon T28
CPU mobo: Intel Haswell 4570k MSI B85M-G43
GPU: Palit GTX650TI 2GB
PSU: Seasonic S1211 520W
Ram:kingston 1600mhz 8gb
Fan: CM x Dream i117 cpu cooler
HDD: Seagate 2TB Sata3 7200 rpm
DVD RW Internal: Samsung 24x OEM

Total about 1014 price quoted from best buy. (If i am not wrong)

planning to get windows 8 HP also. (excl. from 1k budget)

would appreciate some recommendations to improve at around budget range of 1k. Thank youuuuuuu!!

why dont u increase your budget more to get a ssd. this will increase your performance by a mile

actually feasible also.. lol... was thinking about getting a 120gb one from samsung coz i store most data on an external hard disk... but i thought i could upgrade it in future for a bigger size one. What do you think?

Better to spend within your limits. If your budget is really tight, get SSD at later stage. In the meantime, keep a look out for SSD sales in amazon or newegg.

If no rush, wait for amazon Black Friday sales.
