new rig recommendation

Refer to my spoil rig on the right....

Trying to get a rig for as cheap as possible... so most likely will reuse item on my current rig... which lead to my question...

Casing - can I reuse it??? It using usb2.0.. anyway to upgrade it to usb3 witout changing whole casing???

Psu - should I actually change it?? I have hd 7950 in mind... enough???

Ssd - which brand most bang for buck?? Prefer less den 200 dollar

New rig in mind...
I5 3570k and asrock extreme 4 mobo...

Psu not sure
Casing not sure. Prefer alumimium
Ram ripjaw 1600

i totally lost touch wit tech.... hence really lost when i read up on the new tech....... and now like hwc really very quiet..... now thread mostly all abt chitchat and sale.... the past communities is like long gone...
