First of all welcome to HWZ Hardware Clinic!

850w for PSU is overkill since you're not doing SLI/XFire.
Royfrosty bro would tell you to get SuperFlower HX600.

If you're planning to OC, you might need a aftermarket cpu cooler, For a good and budget one, I can recommend the CM 212 Hyper. It runs only about 55 - 65, super budget and good cooler.

For your GPU, you can go up to a Gigabyte or MSI R9 280x. It's 435 to 450 respectively, depending on which manufacturer you want to go with. Benchmark shows that it's the same or even better than GTX 770, but its only 30 bucks more than the 760, making super value for money.

Other than that it looks pretty good to me!

Drop the k series cpu go to a non z motherboard. Throw in an ssd..

But the psu you chosen seems to show you want to overlook? If not 500 w is enough.

Also just get the r9280x haha

What is your budget? And what are the items that you require.

1. Monitor
2. OS
3. Keyboard and mouse
4. Wifi
5. speakers

Please indicate what you need and we can assist you further.
