My dad recontracted with Starhub yesterday.
New phone (LG G Pro) and new NFC micro SIM.
The phone and SMS works but no 3G or 4G data.
Installed the APNs from the setup message.
Tried the APNs on forums threads.
Made sure mobile data is on.
Switched the SIM back to old phone.
Still no data connection.
Anyone has any idea of this problem?
Is there anything I can do on my side?
(Called SH about 2 hours ago, still waiting for the technician to call me back.)
