As far as I know, you cannot achieve that. Only SingTel can do it -- one port ONT which can connect to your own router and three port normal ONR for SingTel TV only (1Gbps plan).

For the higher price 1+1Gbps Gamer plan, you have two networks (two public IP addresses), one for single port ONT (Razer Sila router or your own router), three port ONR, for SingTel TV and wired device or AP.

So the ONR itself is very flexible and can be configured in different ways, but I think you can not do it without the help from SingTel.

Not really as it is per se.

If you are on 1Gbps plan, here will be the bridging configuration.
1) One port bridged, no VLAN needed, connect to your router. One public IP address, 1Gbps bandwidth.
2) The other three ports (up to three ports for three SingTel TV boxes) will be for Singtel TV only, no internet access.
Take note the other three ports can not have internet access. If not, it will become the 1+1Gbps plan.

1+1 Gbps plan:
1) One port bridged, no VLAN needed, connect to the RT-AX86U router. One public IP address, 1Gbps bandwidth.
2) The other three ports will be for Singtel TV and Internet access. Another public IP address, another 1Gbps plan.

2Gbps plan:
Not possible to bridge the ONR. 4 ports can be used for Internet or SingTel TV. 2Gbps download and 1Gbps upload bandwidth combined, each port is up to 1Gbps download/upload.

When you are on M1 , please dump away all Singtel equipment.

When you want to connect more than one pc to the internet, go buy yourself a router. A router will provide a hardware firewall to protect all devices connected to it. A standard router will have 4 LAN ports behind to have 4 wired connection.

A modem or ONT will open its leg wide wide and let your expose to all virus, trojan and hackers directly. And if your device does not have any software firewall, your are like a sitting duck waiting for hackers to attack.

Can i use this black colour Huawei HG8244H (which is a.k.a the singtel ONR (not "ONT"), with M1 fibre broadband?

i have two physically separate desktops (desktop A and desktop B)
i want both desktops to have internet access (via the same M1 fibre broadband)
i only have the M1's white colour HG8240H device which is directly connected to desktop A (via lan cable), such that only desktop A has internet access, and desktop B does not have internet access

so since this black colour Huawei HG8244H (which is a.k.a the singtel ONR (not "ONT") apparently allows multiple devices to be connected directly to all four of its lan points (as per the guide here from singtel's pdf url (see page TEN, here
https://www.singtel.com/content/dam...shooting/AC Plus Quick Installation Guide.pdf)

does it mean that i can connect both desktop A , and also desktop B, directly to any two of the four lan points of the black colour Huawei HG8244H (which is a.k.a the singtel ONR (not "ONT") , and then connect the ONR (not ONT) to the M1's fibre point, and then have internet connection for both desktops??
will this work?

Two points:
1) Where do you get the SingTel ONR? It belongs to SingTel and needs to be returned to SingTel when terminating the service.

2) SingTel ONR is indeed a router cum modem but it will not work with other ISP. SingTel ONR has VLAN built-in. No way it will work with other ISP. And ONT/ONR is tagged to each subscriber. So even within the same ISP it will not be interchangeable.

I don't understand why is there demand and supply for these decommissioned fibre ONTs/ONRs selling on carousell? It ain't a plug and play equipment which works out from the power supply socket and fibre termination point.
