I am looking to build a new system. Will the following build be alright? I play dota 2 and gta IV and watch movies.

MB: Asrock B150M-HDS
CPU: Intel I5 7500
GPU: Palit GTX 1060 6GB Super Jetstream
PSU: Seasonic M12II Modular 520W or 620W
RAM: Kingston 2400 2400MHZ CL17 (KVR21N17D8/8) 8GB x 2
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 250GB M.2
Case: CM N300

Welcome any feedback and suggestions. Budget about $1300.

It's better not to get an Intel system now as the new generation Coffee Lake CPUs will be launching in the fall (Sept/Oct) of this year. I have suggested a Ryzen 5 1600 system instead as it has more cores and threads compared to i5-7500 (6 cores/12 threads vs 4 cores/4 threads).

Given i do not know how to assemble the parts myself, i would want to get it all at one place like PCT.

I nv OC and dont intend to do so and I dont multi task, I think intel and non OC GPU should work just fine?

Ryzen R3 with B350M board will do just fine while being slightly cheaper i guess.

TS already said he does not know how to install and prefer to get all parts in one place so why still throw him qoo10 suggestions? Sometimes time and convenience means more to some people over hard cash savings.

TS, go for 1060 6gb because you play GTA 5 however i would avoid palit but that's personal preference. Whether ryzen or intel, you have to decide for yourself too.

No hdd? Just a 250gb ssd enough?

If you buy an Intel system now, you will most likely not be able to upgrade to the new Coffee Lake CPUs in the future, as they will require new motherboards.

Gtx 1060 6gb is a better buy compared to the 3gb variant imo... 3gb is more for those with tighter Budget, but if Budget allows would recommend 6gb.

Because I did not saw his post when I replied and why is it your so salty It is none of your concern anyway....TS can always ignore my post and go ahead and do whatever he wants....it's his money and time after all.

Why is it a better buy if I may ask?

Mine is below plus you save $70 and an additional of 2 years more warranty.
If budget is not a concern the gtx1080 would be better as the 1070 prices has become inflated due to mining.

Because he play GTA v, and GTA v can use more than 3 gb vram. Like what you said 1070 price is inflated but 1080 will be over the budget for him even though it may be a better value buy.

But if you only want to buy a system from SLS, I'm suggesting to buy the parts from Dynacore since they are cheaper than PC Themes. By all means, please check with other shops for their bundle price when you are in SLS.

Your replies gave me some thoughts too. Previously I do not think much of coffee lake especially Kaby lake just came out this year. And I read coffee lake is Intel solution for amd r5 and might feature 6 cores. I might want to wait for coffee lake. But if it's newly launched I may have to wait a long time for the price to come down a little or they may try to rival amd? Personally I prefer Intel also.

I m thinking of 1060 6gb is because I want my machine to last a little longer as I usually change computer around 3-5 years.

Why is Palit not a choice?

Palit used to have a reputation for lower quality cards a few years back, but i havent heard of any issues lately.

Palit also had a reputation to be cheaper, but recently, MSI has had a lot of cheaper cards, and in some cases, they have been cheaper than the Palit.

I have an MSI GTX1060 Aero ITX, and this is cheaper then a Palit when i bought it.
