gonna be a nice place. slightly less polluted air than punggol. but the sea water kinda meh... its not flowing as fast due to the causeway. plus all the old ship paint from blasting and respraying accumulated over the decades.

Seen the Punggol HDBs facing the Johor Chemical Industries. Just direct opposite. How would anyone want to stay there? Sembawang's facing is much better.

This place has more historic significance than 38 Oxley, yet the gov is destroying it.

Sembawang waterfront are very close to JB, hope they plan for sembawang third causeway in near future
