CPU:Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GHz Dual-Core Processor
MOBO:MSI H81M-E35/MSI B85M-G43(either 1 i am not sure which to choose)
GPU:Sapphire Radeon HD 6450 1GB Video Card
RAM:Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory? (is it good?)

OK, me no expert but I see a few red flags.

MOBO:MSI H81M-E35/MSI B85M-G43(either 1 i am not sure which to choose)
B85 has 2 more USB 3.0 and 2 more SATA 6 Gbps ports. But maybe H81 cheaper?

GPU:Sapphire Radeon HD 6450 1GB Video Card

It is an absolute no-no even for casual/light gaming. Ideally look at those priced between $130 to $180 like HD 7750, HD 7770, R7 250 or GTX 650. If money really tight, at the minimum don't go below GT640 or HD 6670. The $100 price floor is the lowest minimum you should ever consider.

RAM:Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Tight budget probably can go for value ram. They may look plain without those fancy heat spreader and lights but work decent nonetheless. Probably the performance difference isn't great or even negligible.

HDD:Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
HDD looks fine though some may recommend SSD instead if big storage capacity is not needed.

Hmm $500 adding a discrete card might not be enough. Now on mobile but here's a rough draft and price iirc:
H81-dgs+g3220~$180
Crucial 8gb~$95
1tb Wd blue~$71
Fsp hexa 450~$56
Sharkoon ma1000w~$65
Total~ $467 build in tp

Any ram will do. Kingston value ram also can. Just make sure got lifetime warraty by the brand can Liao. This is because the only difference is the heat spreader which help to reduce the heat of the ram when over clocking. As for reliability even corsair vengeance ram can fail and need to RMA like mine.

TradePac was selling Palit GTS 450 512MB GDDR5 for only $55 iirc. High chance it's sold out by now. But if you can still get one, it would be a good boost to your graphical prowess for an extremely cheap price, instead of that HD 6450.

Amd Apu not advised ba... Their prices here in sg can get an I3 le which have more processing power than Amd apus. Also you will have to spend more on a higher clocked ram if you wan to use the Apu to game more smoothly.
