Hello everyone , im not sure how to resolve the pc issue and was hoping people here could help !
So , the problem was that whenever i powered on the pc when pressing the power on button , there are times the whole pc would boot / light up for a sec before turning off again , and this would happen over and over again ( loop ) until I pushed and held the power button down for awhile . this would happen on rare occasions but it started to become more frequent . I thought it was dust clogging the pc so I cleaned it but the issue comes back aft awhile. There's also times where the whole cpu would light up and seem to load but my monitor displays shows nothing at all.
Today , it happened again and im unable yo power on the pc. I decided to disassemble the pc to find out whats wrong ,

There were two possiblities , the psu / mb.
the psu would work when i did the paper clip test but would result in the same issue when i tried to connect it to the mb ( no other parts connected ), the power on and off loop would happen again, my guess would be smth to so with the mb ?
Hence , I came here to ask for help , what might be causing this :oo

Got spare power supply to try out? If not, bring rig to Nigel at #02-32, SLS.

Try hard resetting motherboard BIOS by removing and replacing its battery.
