i think there is no one size fits all method to choosing a stock. some will require very detailed research on the fundamentals and market sentiment, while others can be more speculative. that's what i feel after reading a lot of articles and stuff. and i believe that's how peter lynch did it (he was nicknamed Chameleon for his adaptive style).

i'm going to try paper trading like this. see if it works for me. :o
