Newly RMA HDD problem

i use crystaldiskinfo on my newly rma wd hdd and i told me to caution reallocated sector count. is this error impt?
my value in.10 decimal is 470

If the value stay constant after a few restart or days, it should be fine. Use HDTune to run a full scan (uncheck quick scan).
