Even market movement is in sync with news, it also don't always move up in 1 single move, some time it flactuate first before moving.

If a company have successfully developed a cure for cancer, many people will known about it before the news is released to the public. The stock would already be sky high before you knew about it and click to buy.

It's illegal, but many still do it.

My father buys, my mother buys, my wife buys, my children buys, my dog buys, as long as I don't buy, they cannot catch me.

I think the issue is still cost. If news is readily avail to the man on the street then no beggar liao. But then again I will be lazy and not do my homework.
