Everyday in the mountain I scare of cold, scare of eq, scare of landslide. I'm so much safer back at the flat ground city now.
SG is stress free.
Dont get it when SGreans say they are stressed.
If you ask they will say is only fleeting episodes of stress nia. Few milliseconds feel stress. By the time post 10 char no more stress liao.

Moi previous coy no need MC. They see lower unnecessary utlisation of med clinic and lower costs on their coverage. Of cos will still track days on sick leave. Comes down to trust and also save company money save employees time. Sometimes just taking basic meds at home like panadol or just wait for a food poisoning to clear can work well without any need for doc.

But many companies are backward thinking sadly

I feel like it's a case of many company bosses not happy someone else aka doctors got more power to decide whether their employee is sick or not.

If the bosses can, they will probably want to decide whether an employee can live or die. :s13:

Actually MC issued for half-yearly healthcare screening is ok la.

I mean, when you go for a medical appointment, the whole day basically is burnt already. Wait here wait there in the end I reached office/project site is 2pm already. The polyclinic doctor is good. They will ask whether I need MC, I said no need, my boss is ok, no need show MC to him. Then she said good you are lucky.

I believe doctors issue MC is not anyhow issue one. They also got discretion one. You can see for yourself, who do you see most at polyclinics? Sickly old folks, some are maybe cleaners or work in F%B. Their supervisor monitor them very closely one, you don't feel well want to go back rest also cannot must get MC one. That's the reality out there you know.
