im thinking of getting nexus 4. but i realise the local telco dont carry nexus 4, i have to purchase it without contract for about $668.

im considering to get it from google store. i read somewhere that we can use vpn and purchase it online.

was wondering if nexus4 phone purchase from overseas can be used in singapore??
