actually, you go to any real court, i have to say your argument wont hold, unless of course there is a clear definition on what constitutes 'advertising' and 'campaigning'. Does what TPL or NS did come under advertising or campaigning? Well no, as per Prinston's wordnet and Oxford dictionary, what they did does not constitute advertising or campaigning.

Please do not mis-interpret cooling off day or polling day rules as though the candidates must go into conclave and not post anything at all. they still can use facebook as a regular user, unless of course if their post is made with a political motive (TPL).

she should have posted on her personal page which is locked and only friends can access!!

Posting stuffs which influence decision on personal page by candidates is not allowed too i think.

I am sure they have checked on what they can post.
