If ED disqualifies anyone, they will have to disqualify both teams. Face it, Nicole's team has a low chance of winning Ah Goh.

TPL has admitted to the post and most likely ED will not take action on TPL, regardless of double-standards or what. And this has freed Nicole to post what she wants without being concerned about similar complaints. Its a free pass.

Since TPL made a boo boo. Then might as well take full advantage of it. And she sure did. I tell you, Nicole Seah will go very far with her flair in political gamesmanship.

1. Posted on cooling off day sarcastic & potentially damaging remark, faster delete then use "honest mistake". Guilt?
2. Use potentially undeclared "admins" to run her fb platform
3. Supposed to "engage netizens" via fb. But outsourced to proxy "admins"
4. Unable to even manage an fb account, need "admins"
5. Unable to control admins and ensure they don't do dumb things.
6. Poor selection of admin who post callous remarks towards other candidates
7. Even if its not cooling off day or polling day, the team should apologize for making that callous statement. What happened to "sorry" again?

Team NS
1. Posted on cooling off day and polling day facts and actual updates of facts
2. Never delete and opened for all to see
3. None of the TPL team's other points

That's the biggest problem with Sinkie, got no balls rather pray safe than sorry that why not just those in the region but even in the world ish see us Sinkie as ball-less sheep.

Not to mention if really go by black and white, there ish really nothing wrong for candidates to post in their facebook or other new media as long as it ish not camapaigning or election advertising mah. We Sinkie after all ish good at following the book one so as long as the book never say cannot post anything on facebook, then no wrong ish done mah.

So not that moi ish bias, but really ish cannot compare this to the seriousness of TPL case lah.

Also note that NSP's complaints is not just restricted to TPL's post. Someone posted that TPL will be "in charge of the Macpherson ward if elected" during cooling day. Someone was going around the estate distributing campaign materials of the PAP.

The NSP also brought to the Elections Department’s attention a posting, also on Ms Tin’s Facebook page, at or around0021 hrs on Friday – after Cooling-Off Day began – of a clarification by the Macpherson Zone B Resident’s Committee. Ms Tin is the PAP candidate expected to be in charge of the Macpherson ward if elected.
The clarification was about an incident which the NSP’s Ms Seah had recounted in her rally speech on Thursday.
The NSP raised a third incident with the Elections Department in its complaint. The party says it has been informed that copies of the PAP’s booklet – titled “Burning Questions” – were distributed to residents of Block 428, Tampines St 41, on Friday – Cooling Off Day.
“Such distribution appears to be in breach of the PEA [Parliamentary Elections Act], regardless of when the booklet had actually been published,” said the party’s secretary general, Mr Goh Meng Seng, in its press release.
