New citizens are those 10years below new citizens.
After becoming citizens for >10years, many might also become complain king and unsatisfied with the once reverend gov.

This makes me wonder why EDMWer keeps harping on the myth that new citizens auto vote incumbent. A certain group of new citizens escaped the undemocratic country where they cannot voice out or vote. They should know the issue of 一党独大 and this is why they run road to SG.
