To be fair, we dunno what triggered his stroke in the 1st place.
We paid for his surgery and recovery.
He should do the next right thing.
Quit the job and let some one else do the work.

The boss is the ungrateful one to continue to force the heavy task of DPM on his shoulders.
By voting for him, we are just pushing him nearer to his grave.
Through voting him out, we are saving his life and our investment that saved him.
