If WP had fielded Nicole Seah at Marine Parade they might have been able to take down Marine Parade.

Nicole had been walking the grounds at Marine Parade WP team, plus the PAP team is weaker at Marine Parade.

Maybe Pritam thought East Coast's chances are higher given that East Coast GRC had the lowest PAP support in 2015, but it is obvious that with the exit of Lim Swee Say they will send a heavyweight minister to anchor East Coast GRC.

Oh well, hope she can get in 5 years later.
