I would like to warn everyone about a Moving Company called XNR Movers & Logistics
THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE! SO ANGRY THAT WE HAD TO COME TO THIS PLATFORM TO SHARE OUR EXPERIENCE. NO ONE SHOULD GO THROUGH THE SAME THING LIKE US.
In the beginning, we were attracted by the PROMO price we saw plus most other movers already fully booked.
This Company had most good reviews and several bad reviews.

Limited time moving offer package:
15ft Lorry (Half Load) $180 Nett
15ft Lorry (1 Full Load) $298 Nett
FREE UNLIMITED BOXES (on a loan basis)
Includes:
Basic dismantling & assembling service
Wrapping protection for furniture
Labour
FREE Online Consultation, Quote & Site Visit
After we whatsapp the Company, they then said the promo no longer available and they then quote higher but they give us free bed assembly, free shrink wrapping and offered 3-4 manpowers.
On the actual moving date, they were 4 HOURS LATE despite we chase them every 30-45 mins and they kept saying it was on the way. We had no choice but to wait as it was already too late to find another mover and we had to move out that day. It was so stressful waiting as the Condo management was very strict and mentioned no loading after pass the time.
When movers finally arrived, it was a smaller 14ft lorry (we asked for 15ft), only 1 manpower plus the Driver (they promised 3-4 manpowers) and there were some existing (someone else's) items in the lorry. We could not load all items in the lorry and we had to come back and rent one extra large GRAB taxi to transport them.
Summary of what they promised in the beginning.
15ft Lorry with 3-4 manpower
Morning schedule
Just 2-3 hours for the entire moving process.
Lorry with Tailgate.
Empty Lorry.
Summary of what we actually get from this Moving Company
Overpromised, Liars and Unreliable.
14ft Lorry with 1 manpower including the driver.
Lorry with NO Tailgate.
Someone else's things in the Lorry. We paid extra to rent GRAB taxi to transport remaining items.
Was late 4 Hours and we had to lie to the Condo management that it was RAINING that day!
About 5 hours for the entire moving process.
They asked us for additional $50 for the short push to lift. (Don't mind to pay if they provide good service, not it was not worth at all)
ENGAGE THEIR SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
