Anyone still vested in this? I wonder if it is still a good investment at this price point.

Is the current price consider steep?

price will mostly follow sti index movement.
it is still cheap if u think sti will go up.
if u think sti will tank, it is expensive.

If buying from the open market people tends to buy STI ETF (ES3) over this Nikko AM STI ETF (G3B). In the past when the board lot was 1000 shares for ES3 but only 100shares for G3B, people will buy G3B if they want to invest small amount. Since now both are standardized to 100 shares per lot, it makes more sense to buy ES3 instead.

Some are us are invested into G3B through the POSB Invest Saver which is a monthly RSP. We don't have much choice since ES3 was not offered.

Sorry to hijack your thread, will people consider adding CFA SI REITS etf into their portfolio? It seems like the distribution is aimed at around 5%.

On my watchlist now. Price is relatively affordable. But alot of holding in retail :s8:
