I haven't received the set yet. I used the live chat function on Lazada just now to ask about it. The guy just said that he would get back to me by email so for now I just wait. If you have the set, I guess can try to verify the warranty with Maxsoft? But I think even if I get the set, I won't touch it yet until Lazada gets back to me. Sucks. Waited super long before I finally decided to get one set

Hmm. Then maybe people just stop complaining.

Last time people have so. Many issues. Warping when in the dock, joycon desync etc. Now people don't talk about it so I thought maybe its better.

I personally will almost always care about warranty for most electronics. Too many time somethings goes bad and warranty save me.

I don't play long hours in the dock so currently no worries about warping. I don't know how to test for the joycon desync problem but so far joycon have been working fine for me.

Which bundle did you get? If buyers wanna be sure that its a new batch, they can just get those SMO bundles, since its just released recently.

I got the Zelda with Splatoon bundle and the system is the one with Zelda game in it. Have to snatch quickly during the 11.11 sales and I wanted Zelda more than Mario Odyssey although I like the red controllers on the mario set.

How many dead pixels and did you exchange with Qisahn or Maxsoft?

One only.

Qisahn staff told me to check on the spot because once I leave their shop neither Qisahn nor Maxsoft will change the set if there are any dead pixel...so..I really check thoroughly

Ya took some time to check since so many sets have problem but no choice since they won't change anymore once I step out of their store. Glad that I found a good one and it's really a great system that I'm enjoying now.

Best is if the region is the same as your preferred eshop region. So most likely US.

Because in theory, well or more like ps which is region free, dlc will only work with same region. So a US cart need dlc from the US store, EU cart EU/UK store and so on.

But for most games now, zelda, FEW at least that I know of, the dlc works regardless of store so it does not matter. But currently people are also unsure if that will be true going forward. So safest will be the same region.
