My luck is terrible. Things I bought spoilt easily. So I always choose to buy those with warranty.
So I bought the local set

The jap version has English or just Jap language ?

I just came back from Japan with the Japanese version and all the text and audio are in JP and there's no way to switch language or region. Not sure if I screwed up big time now...

This button got use?
I apply those button grip on my pro controller but always slip out during game. And yes i did make sure they are fitted properly a few times but end result always the game after gaming for sometime.
