Nah it's ok I don't have 400 bucks to burn so gotta do my due diligence well. Anyway just collected the set from qisahn. It has the ASI label on the box. Seems legit.

Next is to get regardless controller. Didn't know the default one doesn't come with USB charging!!

Did you get the extended warranty? Do you know what it covers? So the pin is really a 2 pin plug?

You self collected via lazada or do they sell 400 in store too?

Hi all, someone asked me about local set or not..

I kinda rmb ... I saw it on my box that clearly stated the plug only suitable for Sg use (and other two countries)

I bought from qisahn

So I highly assume it’s a local set

Can buy charging stand for the joycon.

Personally I just kept it attached to the console for charging.

Hi guys, would like to ask a few questions regarding the switch. I’m thinking of buying the console and was doing a little research by myself.
1. It seems like the bundle usually is more expensive as compared to buying the console and games seperately?
2. Is the best deal for buying the console currently through buying it from qisahn using the shopee app for $400? Or are there bundles from other shops which are more worth it in value?
3. What are some game recommendations (aside from smo and botw)? I personally am looking at super bomberman r, mario kart 8 and deathsquared.

Thanks a lot for your time :)

If the bundle is cheaper, go for it. However, I think the bundle is limited to either the one with the red joy-cons or the grey one. I personally prefer the neon colours. Buying it from shopee is the cheapest option. Sometimes, shopitree is cheaper. Regardless, choose to self collect so you can check for dead pixels. For game recommendations, it depends on how you want to play switch. For playing it with friends, I recommend Deathsquared or Overcooked. If you want racing, go for Mario Kart. If you want platformer games, you can try Celeste or Owlboy or wait for Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze. If you can’t wait for Super Smash Bros., you can try Brawlout. There’s a spring sale going on in eshop. I highly recommend you check out the games on sale.

P.S: Get Zelda BOTW 😄

Hi there, thanks for the reply, however, I’m a little confused with the eshop currently. I’ve read through threads and realise certain games are only available digitally and alt of the games aren’t not brought in to Sg physically. I have never owned a console (except for a gbc when I was in primary school) so how do I know which eshop is having the spring sale or which eshop is selling the items cheaper (taking into consideration of exchange rates)

Currently most bundles are sitting at $500+ -$600 so I’ll assume qissahn would be cheapest at $400. Aside from botw, I play quite a few mobile games like seven knights, destiny 6 and king’s raid. Any RPG to recommend? I’m not an intense gamer so I’m not so sure if botw suits me. Thanks :)

I go physical with Nintendo exclusive games and digital with others. It’s up to your preference. Some would go all digital. Note that the Switch has only 32GB internal memory so you need a micro-sd card if you plan to get a lot of games. For RPG, other owners here are a fan of Xenoblade although I haven’t had time to take a look at it yet. Still enjoying Zelda BOTW too much 😄 as I myself am new to switch with just around 2 months in. You can take a look at some spoiler-free gameplay in youtube to see if BOTW fits your style.

For eshop sale, google savecoins.me
