Hi guys, I am leaning towards getting a nintendo switch, however I have a few queries in mind and hope you guys can help by sharing your experience on it.
1) With regards to eshop purchases, is there any particular region to stuck to, to purchase games?
2) Would there be any difficulty in purchasing games in other region when paying using a singapore dc/cc?
3) For instance, if I purchased splatoon 2 (hardcopy) and wish to purchase the DLC (octo expansion), how should I go about doing it?

1) nope, for digital one i always check for the cheapest. can be mexico, south africa and etc. you can check out this link for comparing the latest price

2) so far i only know south africa eshop got problem for singapore cc

3) check what is your splatoon 2 hardcopy region, is it US or EU, then buy the DLC from the same region. I'm not sure if like mexico is count as US region, you can go to Nintendo online chat and ask about the DLC region for splatoon. for some games like xenoblade 2, mine is EU hard copy, i bought US DLC digitally. can mix, depending on the game.

Yeah! I have been a long time fan and it is like a dream come true to see a sequel release at this point in time. The game is great and I have beaten 3 out of 8 bosses so far.

Thanks Elysium87 for you inputs , gave me a clearer picture about how it work .
So , for digital copy if I wish to purpose from different region , I would just have to change from region to region and it will do right ?

This shop donkey years already. However Qisahn got listen on all platforms like QOO10, Lazada, Shopee etc ... You check which one gives you better offer. So far Q0010 price $50 coupon off $300 still the best deal IMO
