I believe any usb to ethernet adapter would work. 10/100 adapters use ports on the side of dock and gigabit adapter use the back port (usb 3.0)

Somehow my switch cannot detect my home's 5ghz wifi. 2.4ghz ok, my neighbour 5ghz also detected..

Anyone encountered the same?

Try using lower channels. Mine works at CH 36.

Change to lower channel. Mine at 48 now. Previously was on auto, tried 149 also bo.

You can get the UGreen adaptor on Lazada

It uses the AX88179 which is compatible with the switch.
