Hello, there is no fix good price for eshop across the region, you need to research on the game price among all eshop. Favourite eshop to check price against usd is south africa, japan eshop too for indie games with english language. Yes, using one account, you need to change region often on website and relog into the eshop on your switch.

Guys, be careful when using the Nyko Dock. It might kill your Switch USB charging port. Nyko will replace your Switch console if this happens but i think this applies only to US residents.
