just use the tools as he did and do it step by step.
layout 1 A4 paper, draw down the screw location and etc and juz put on it so you know where each screw is on it.

this is definitely easier that delidding a CPU :D

You are using back the default hdmi broad vs diy hdmi broad from 3rd party

Better air ventilation as mostly all diy dock is too bottom vs you can buy your own taller stand or even better adjustable 360 degree stand

Cons

pair it with the Hori Stand and you are all set!

What made you choose 500 instead of the other models? Seems to be lot of choice.

But what worries me is whether the third party dock can spoil or short the USB-C port (like Nyko).

"It takes a little pressure to set the Switch on the dock properly, but once situated everything functions as the Nintendo dock does"

The Nyko's problem according to what i read is that it is too tight when slotting the console in.
I have killed my charging port on my sony phone when i plugged in a ill fitting USB C cable.
When its slotted in, it works, but when you pull the console out, this kills the connectors in the charging port. Maybe this is what happened.

One Piece Musou 3 coming to Switch on Dec 21, will include 43 DLCs that were on the PS platforms. 2 players local co-op in desktop and docked modes.

Yeah... that's what worry me. I want to be able to take something small and travel with it but no point if it kills my Switch in the process.
