just curious. if delivery and noticed dead pixels on the same day, not eligible to change with them? doesn't make sense it's the user that caused it also.

Yes it doesn't make sense cause this is what I told the counter person and she is very adamant that if I leave the shop with a dead pixel I can't change my set that's why I have to check thoroughly in the shop.

I guess so, maybe the few sets that I checked are rejected by some other people before me. I believe they will just go through the few defective sets hoping some of the buyers didn't notice the issue or the issue doesn't bother them.

you can check out shopee, i saw 399 for local set on sales now. u can do exchange for shopee if there's dead pixel.

if buying from shopee I suggest self collect at the respective shop to check for dead/bright pixels. if choose delivery, even if there's dead or bright pixels, chances are they won't allow for any exchange.
