Anyone have issues with left joycon control in botw? Mine sometimes lags or moves without me pressing.

All account on your console will have access to the purchased DLC. For eg, buy with Jap account but play with US account...yes u still can access the DLC.

For Zelda DLC, the cheapest is to buy it with a US account at 19.99USD. Jap and Canada cost slightly more (like 22-23USD)

Mexico eShop..everything is more expensive than the rest of the world except Shovel Knight Treasure Trove. Shld be a pricing error so grab it fast before they fix it.
