My account already set as CAN as i was buying online on Wii u. I will use the same ID with hopes that i can download my Wii u games into NS. :s8:

one example is mario & luigi dream team. maxsoft is asia(SG) version
it has it's own release/serial code and everything

powersaves and other codes for US region wont work on it

technically it's not accurate to call maxsoft carts 'asia' region but should call it maxsoft region...because jpn/kor region can't run on US 3ds

and no, asia region is not region free

So if an ang moh from US come SG and bot that maxsoft Asia 3DS game, can he play it on his US 3DS?

Since there is no SG eShop, what if there is DLC or patch for it, will the maxsoft version be able to get those?

Can. My US set can play both US and ASI games. ASI game is something more of like ASEAN rather than Asia version. I have the original 3DS, 3DS XL and the New 3DS XL. Nintendo started selling the US 3DS (with US serial code) here through Maxsoft and the only difference is that it comes with a local adapter. Nintendo slowly realized the demand here and start to produce 3DS games with ASI logo and serial code. They have started making ASI 3DS handheld too but this is only for certain colors/models. Singapore is selling a mixture of ASI 3DS and "US" 3DS and both are recognized as "official Singapore 3DS".

Some fun fact: We have ASI Wii U games and ASI Wii U console (ASI serial) too but majority (like 90%?) of the local Wii U sold here are from the US.

The Switch will be getting 20 games at launch in Japan. Included in this is Blaster Master Zero, which had previously only been announced for the 3DS. The full list is below:

how to tell the wii u game is ASI? i thought all wii u games distributed by maxsoft are just the US version with their sticker slap on it.
